Everyone is Touched


According to the American Cancer Society,an estimated 1.7 million Americans will be diagnosed with cancer in 2018.

At any given moment, there are 15.5 million living with a history of cancer. While some of these individuals were recently diagnosed, most were diagnosed many years ago and have no evidence of cancer.

Cancer touches everyone at some point, some time.

Nidra yoga is back!

Nidra is back! Our wonderful yogi Cindi will be offering one of the favorite SOE activities – Nidra Yoga.
When: Thursday, December 12, 2024

Time: 7:00PM to 8:15PM

Where: Online via Zoom

Please join us for a peaceful evening of very gentle movement and yoga nidra meditation for the Survivors Outdoor Experience (SOE) Cancer Support Group.

This class is hosted on zoom, have a blanket, pillow, yoga mat, anything to make you feel comfortable and cozy for a deeply relaxing yoga class and yoga nidra meditation infused with breath and energy. Your video can be off or on, whatever is your preference. You can be on the floor, chair or wherever you are comfortable.

Great Day On The River
